About Medshow
MedShow is an annual charity-driven production showcasing the many outstanding talents of Australia’s future doctors in a dramatic, comedy, music and dance performance featuring an original script, musical score, choreography and costuming developed over 9 months solely by the University of New South Wales (UNSW) medical students.
Now in its ninth year of successful production, MedShow has become one of the most anticipated social events of the university calendar. There has been consistent audience demand resulting in the selling out of the 945-seated Clancy Auditorium in recent years.
MedShow is unique as it is wholly directed, produced, written and delivered by medical students, thus offering the rich potential to grab the attention of the medical student body as well as other wider university faculties. All proceeds from this year’s show will be donated to a charitable organisation.
